Hotel Alessandra in Florence exceeded all my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I entered, the staff's warm welcome and humor made me feel right at home. Despite some difficulty with the stairs, the impeccable service more than made up for it-I only wish I had known about the delightful breakfast and secret balcony sooner, a minor oversight that my spouse unfortunately missed out on. The complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch, adding to the already exceptional hospitality. The location was perfect, with popular tourist destinations like the Ferragamo Museum and famous bridges nearby, making exploring the city a breeze. The clean and cozy room boasted a stunning view, while the added amenities like ample toiletries ensured a comfortable stay. Hotel Alessandra truly stands out for its impeccable service, prime location, and attention to detail-making it a definite top choice for my next visit to Florence. Grazie mille for a memorable stay!
